Dr. Chanel Maffeo is a Florida transplant originally from Fort Lauderdale.
For her veterinary degree, she graduated from the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in 2022. For her undergraduate degree, she went to Florida State University is a Florida State Seminole at heart.
She has been practicing veterinary medicine in the Charlotte area since 2022 and joined our team full-time in 2024. With a passion for surgery, dentistry, and geriatric care, she is always trying to provide top-notch medical treatments for her patients. She is dedicated to always learning new techniques and ways to practice better medicine to deliver excellent care to her patients.
Dr. Maffeo currently shares her life with her husband Michael. Together they have three senior dogs: Abby, Sadie, and Hazel, as well as a spirited cat named Giuseppe. When she is not working she is usually reading, paddle boarding, or hiking around the area.
